altaltThe following payment schedules apply when purchasing a home in Gold Coast Aruba.

The payment schedule depends on the progress of the construction of the home.

Completed Home:

  1. 20%: Down-payment with signing of Sale and Purchasing Contract.
  2. 75%: At Transfer of Property.
  3. 5%: Before the delivery of the keys.

Unfinished Home (work in progress):

  1. 20%: Down-payment with signing of Sale and Purchasing Contract.
  2. 20%: Before the start of foundation.
  3. 30%: Before putting up walls and roof.
  4. 25%: Before plasterwork, laying tiles, installing windows, electrical work, painting and installation of all cabinets and toiletries.
  5. 5%: Delivery of keys.

At the time of signing the Sales and Purchasing Agreement, we will assess construction value of the property up to that point, at which time Buyer would be required to pay, in addition to payments 1., depending on the corresponding progress of the construction on the property, payments 2., 3. and 4. as well.

Start of new construction:

  1. 20%: Upon signing of Sale and Purchasing Contract.
  2. 20%: Before the start of foundation.
  3. 30%: Before putting up walls and roof.
  4. 25%: Before plasterwork, laying tiles, installing windows, electrical work, painting and installation of all cabinets and toiletries.
  5. 5%: Delivery of keys.
